What is Simplistings?
Simplistings is a place for real estate professionals to upload, share, and promote their property listings.
Easily upload your listing info and pictures and build your online portfolio you can then share with others using a URL that brings potential buyers straight to your page of real estate properties. They can then click on your properties and see more details. You can also use special code to advertise your listings very easily on Ebay, Craigslist, and other outlets with compliant code that gives your ads a standout appearance.
There are two levels of membership at Simplistings:
- For free, we offer up to five (5) listings with one picture per listing. There are also ads from Google on your listings page and the detail page for each property.
- If you upgrade your account for only $19.95 a month, you get unlimited listings, unlimited pictures, Google Map support, a contact form, removal of advertisements and more with features constantly being added.
